Parent Teacher Conferences
Thank you for taking time to meet with me during Parent/ Teacher Conferences! As students are progressing through the year, keeping in touch and informed about all of their achievements is a great way to encourage students to continue advancing. Thank you again!
Holiday Haikus
A haiku is a 3-lined Japanese poem that has a 5/7/5 syllable structure. Our class made haikus about our upcoming winter break!

Lizbeth- relaxing, fun too
hot cocoa is good to drink it is so much fun Christina – I love winter break I can’t wait to go and play I love the cold snow Marissa- Winter break is fun the ground is covered in snow children play all day Jaylah- the snow is falling opening presents is lots of fun for me too Ramsey- Happy holidays to you and to every one happy new years Austin- Winter is the best I like to open up gifts I like hot cocoa |
Jadanya- Snow is falling down

Character Counts Week!
During the week of October 17-21, we will be celebrating our six pillars of character through many fun and creative activities! Ask your student which pillar they best represent!
Congratulations to Marissa Blust! Her essay, "A Kid for Character", was selected as the best out of the entire 5th grade!
Congratulations to Michael Lanning and Marissa Blust! Their great show of respect and good behavior during PE and Recess has earned them the privilege to represent our class in the Student/Teacher Kickball Game!
Congratulations to Lizbeth Aguilar, Jacob Hicks, Austin Gennaro, Janya Rice, Marissa Blust, and Justin Moultrie for representing our class as the Six Pillar Characters for Character Counts Week!
